We offer two types of services for shipping parcels from the US to Thailand
Direct vs Consolidate. :
- Direct : is fast and economical. Your merchandise will reach your customers more quickly and easily. This service does NOT include customs clearance, duties and taxes.
- Consolidate : is a bulk mailing service. This service included customs clearance, duties and taxes paid, and delivery confirmation.
Buying Service
- A buying service (coming soon) to place orders with retailers on your behalf.
- Buying Service Commission : 10% over $100 or $10 minimum for less than $100
Resizing
- A resizing service that results in significant savings on shipping costs.

Consolidated shipments Thailand normally takes about 4-6 days to arrive in Bangkok. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for customs clearance before the packages were sent for the local delivery.
For delivery within 3-4 days, add more delivered straight to Thailand for generally will be sent to your home / office within 3-4 days of shipping from our warehouse without delay.

Once you have made your purchase, go to your Kango account and provide us with:

You will receive an email once your seller ships your order to our warehouse and provides you a tracking number. At that time, you should log into your Kango account and fill in a Pre-Alert form by providing your package tracking number, contents description, and values of the contents. By creating a Pre-Alert, you will save money on package handling fees
When parcel arrive in Bangkok, Kango Express Thailand staff will inform you to make a payment for local delivery fee.**
